Book/Course Purchase Agreement
 
1.  I the Buyer of this E- Book (PDF with related computer files such as MS WORD (DOCX), has fully read, understood, accepted, and fully agrees to all terms, paragraphs, and sub-paragraphs of this Purchase Agreement, and I am typing my name in this form, it shall stand and serve as my signature and full acceptance of all terms herein for this full Book/Course Buyer's Agreement of which I have read all 47 (forty-seven) paragraphs and any subparagraphs as follows:

2.  Double confirmation of Buyer's understanding and agreeing to the Buyer's Liability for Any Payment Reversals and/or Bank Card Chargebacks in Paragraph (6) and of its Subparagraphs;  I the Buyer agree to read that paragraph and its subparagraphs TWICE before submitting this form, to indicate extra good that I have fully understood, accepted, and have agreed to those terms.  BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I THE BUYER am accepting all stipulations herein, as the Full Buyer's Agreement, and agree to be bound by them, which includes  FULLY UNDERSTANDING, ACCEPTANCE, AND AGREEING TO ALL 47 (FORTY-SEVEN) HEREIN.

3.  ONCE THIS AGREEMENT IS ACCEPTED AND THE BOOK/COURSE IS EMAILED, THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.  If buyer attempts to file a claim or bank chargeback of any kind pertaining to this sale, after receiving the emailed book/course, then then buyer shall be held liable in a court of law for an attempt to defraud Seller, and agrees to be held liable to $25,000.00  (twenty-five thousand US dollars), and to pay all court costs, attorneys fees, and post judgment collection costs incurred by Seller.   The buyer also understands that it's a serious criminal offense and civil tort to attempt to defraud a seller by making a payment through someone else's account, without their permission, in attempt to have that charge reversed, after already receiving the item being sold.  The person making this payment and who is accepting these Terms of this Purchase Agreement, acknowledges being the authorized owner of whichever account the payment comes from.

4.  To hold Seller Harmless and Not Liable for Any Liabilities and/or Damages Associated with This Purchase; I the Buyer agree to hold harmless the Seller Jon Scott, of any torts or wrongful civil acts pertaining to the purchase of this book, and I shall not have any legal recourse against same, nor will I ever file a civil suit against same and I hereby waive all my rights to any legal remedies that I may be entitled to with respect to any lawsuit that I file against Seller Jon Scott, with a clear acknowledgment that Jon Scott the Author of the book/course is not an attorney and not offering any legal advice whatsoever and his book/course is meant to specifically explain how he has been in the business of professional judgment recovery himself, and his description on how he has done it successfully.  
 
5.  Description of what is being purchased;  As the buyer, I am acknowledging that I am purchasing a book entitled "Professional Judgment Recovery" 3rd. Ed. from the Author and Seller who is Jon Scott, and I understand that Jon is not an attorney and therefore cannot give legal advice, nor should I refer to his book for questions of law.  I also agree and accept that I am purchasing an E-book only, that is currently approx. forty-five (45) pages and having approx. 27,241 words and agree and accept that I will not contest the quality, accuracy, or merit, of the book or of any representation of the course/book or any association with Jon or associates of Jon, from this purchase, and will be fully satisfied of exclusively, with the purchase of this book as stated, regardless of what words there may be, or in what they may provide, or not provide.  I the Buyer also agree that Seller will be emailing Buyer the book/course in digital form instead of any hard or soft cover book/material forms, where Buyer will receive it such as with an Adobe PDF file attached to the email, and/or with accompanying Microsoft Word (Doc.) or other files, but not limited to these digital technologies, and obtained VIA any appropriate means Seller may recommend/suggest such as downloading the material from a website and/or receiving materials VIA emails or other file-sharing technologies. Buyer also understands that the book/course may look different than it may appear in any ads (due to any redesigns of front/back covers etc., and/or as sent as electronic files).  Again, this is the purchase of an E-book and with accompanying other e-forms to be emailed to me the Buyer ONLY, and NOT the purchase of a membership to ANY association whatsoever.  The Buyer understands that it is at the Seller's full discretion and choice to grant any memberships, and Seller is not obligated whatsoever to grant any said memberships.  Seller does not currently charge anything for any memberships such as with NAJRP.com, and if Seller does offer any to Buyer, it would normally be after Seller feels comfortable with getting to know the Buyer for a while, for seller to determine that Buyer is suitable enough, has good character traits, and had reasonable knowledge and experience in Professional Judgment Recovery, before the Seller would be willing to offer any said free membership (such as to NAJRP.com).  NAJRP.com and/or other associates of the Author/Seller can change, be updated in any way, and add or remove any member or associate at anytime for any reason whatsoever at Author/Seller's full discretion and choice (such as for observing rude and/or disrespectful behavior with other members).  
 
6.  Buyer's Liability for Payment Reversals and/or Bank Card Chargebacks; It is further agreed and understood that if any legal action is taken by Seller Jon Scott, due to a bank/credit card charge-back of any kind, and a court of law rules in favor of Seller (Jon Scott), then Buyer agrees to be liable to $25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand US dollars), along with agreeing to pay all court costs, collections, investigation costs, miscellaneous costs and expenses incurred by Seller, and including a reasonable attorney's fee if Seller uses one, for Seller to pursue legal action against the Buyer in a court of law, and to seek all associated judicial remedies offered by said court.

7.  LIABILITY FOR DEFAMATION.  I the Buyer also acknowledge and accept that I have spent a reasonable amount of time reading reviews and testimonies about the Seller - to where there is no misunderstanding that the Seller has enough and even an overwhelming amount of legitimate and verifiable positive testimonies at their website and at other websites to merit there to be no good reason for me the Buyer to later claim negative things about the Seller, especially if there are any negative statements made about Seller, that have not been proven in a court of law.  I the Buyer also agree to and accept to be fully liable for all court costs, attorney's fees, and post collection expenses if I'm found to have committed any act of defamation against this Seller, and I the Buyer accept a minimum liability of fifty-thousand dollars ($50,000.00) for any breaches whatsoever of this paragraph and of its sub/adjoining parts, along with liability for all court costs, attorneys fees, and post collection costs incurred by Seller. 
 
8.  Jurisdiction of agreement: Buyer and Seller agree that the laws of the state of Florida shall govern the agreement, and jurisdiction and the venue shall be in the Sixth Judicial Court, in and for Pinellas County Florida.

9.  Non-legal advice; Nothing in this course is to be construed as legal advice, for which, Buyer should contact a competent attorney to have any legal questions or issues addressed.  The Author is not an attorney and therefore exclusively and explicitly provides any and all information herein on his own personal knowledge level and experience and the Buyer shall not rely on the contents and descriptions of the book/course to achieve the same results and/or successes as the Author, as results may greatly vary depending on many factors such a the Buyer not having the ability to communicate well with others, which by itself is a necessary skillset in doing professional judgment recovery and therefore holds harmless Author of any civil liabilities or damages of any sort, and thus by purchasing and reading this material, Buyer waives any and all rights or legal remedies to any causes of action or lawsuit against Author, relevant or material to any part of this writing in part and/or entirety.
 
10.  Buyer's Liability for any Third Party Lawsuits Against Seller; Buyer also agrees to pay all court costs and attorney's fees if any part of this agreement is brought to court, or if seller is ever sued by any third party as a result of buyer's actions that may relate to the purchase of this book/course and or in becoming affiliated with Jon Scott or in any association with Jon Scott (as with membership of the NAJRP if granted).

11.  Conversations of all future communications between parties may be recorded at any time by both parties to this agreement.

12.  Buyer also agrees to be liable of fifty-thousand ($50,000,00) dollars, to pay all court costs, attorney's fees, investigative fees, and post judgment collection costs if he/she the Buyer, ever duplicates this course, attempts to sell it, attempts to gift it to anyone, and/or attempts to transmit it to anyone else whomsoever that is not the Buyer or other person that the Seller has authorized in writing to be in possession of it and/or any part of it.

13.  If membership is granted to the NAJRP, then in addition, by purchasing this book/course, I the Buyer, also agree to pledge to, obey, honor, and support the NAJRP Judgment Recovery Professional's Pledge as follows:

A judgment recovery professional is dedicated to working in an effort to recover and satisfy outstanding judicial judgments and the furtherance of his/her employer or his/her client's interest consistent therewith. This dedication makes possible the establishment of the American ideals of fairness and justice for the benefit of the client in every case that the judgment recovery professional works on. It should be the intention of every professional to deal honestly, justly and courteously with all whom he comes in contact and to practice his profession according to this code of Ethics.  I the Buyer, agree to pledge to, obey, honor, and support the Judgment Recovery Professional's Professional Relations as follows:

I the Buyer, hereby agree as a new associate to the author and Seller Jon Scott, to abide by and support the NAJRP Judgment Recovery Code of Ethics & Member's/Associate’s Pledge as stated herein, and if I breach these languages herein, I may be expelled from any stated or implied associations or groups formed by Seller Jon Scott, indefinitely and without notice, and of which languages herein, I have read and fully understand.  In addition, by purchasing this book/course, I the Buyer, agree to pledge to, obey, honor, and support the NAJRP's Professional Relations as follows:

The judgment recovery professional will extend the effectiveness of his/her profession by cooperating with other professionals and related professions, and by the exchange of information and experience so long as the interests of his business associates are not violated.

He or She will not advertise his work, skill or merit in an unprofessional manner or in dramatic, misleading or exaggerated fashion, and he will avoid all conduct or practice likely to discredit or do injury to dignity and honor of his profession.

The Judgment Recovery Professional, when the appropriate opportunity presents itself, will explain to the public the role of his profession in the furtherance of the administration of justice.

He or She will not knowingly violate any right or privilege of any individual citizen which may be guaranteed or provided by the United States Constitution, any State constitution, or the laws of the State and Federal Governments or any subdivision thereof.  
 
30.  Section 5 
He or She will make all his reporting based upon truth and fact and will only express honest opinions based thereon.  
 
31.  Section 6
He or She will not disclose or relate or betray in any fashion that trust of confidence placed in him by either business associate, employer, or etc.  without his consent.  
 
32.  Section 7
He or She will not suggest, condone or participate in any fashion or degree, for any purpose whatsoever, in entrapment.  
 
33.  Section 8
He or She shall refrain from accepting an assignment or employment if a personal conflict of interest lies therein.

He or She will deal fairly and equitably with his/her business associate and will clearly explain his duties and the basis for his charges in each undertaking.  
 
35.  Section 10
He or She will guard against employing those techniques, or utilizing such equipment or devices, that may threaten the life, limb or safety of another.  
 
36.  Section 11 
He or She will not allow personal feelings or prejudices to interfere with factual and truthful disclosures on the assignments in which he has been employed or consulted.

He or She will endeavor to provide the opportunity, education, and skill for the professional development and advancement of fellow specialists in the profession.  
 
41.  Section 13 
He or She will not directly or indirectly injure the professional reputation, prospects, or practice of another professional. However, if he considers that a specialist is guilty of unethical, illegal, or unfair practice or designs, he will present the information to the proper authority for action.  
 
42.  Section 14 
He or She will uphold, and never abuse, the principle of appropriate and adequate compensation for those engaged in judgment recovery work.  
 
43.  Section 15
He or She will not criticize another professional's work except in the proper forum for technical discussion and criticism.  
 
44.  Section 16 
He or She will not compete illegally with other professional's in the solicitation of work.  
 
45.  Section 17 
He or She shall not engage in the unauthorized practice of law.

46.  SEVERABILITY.  If any part of this agreement may be deemed as unjust or unfair by any court of law, then parties agree those parts shall be severed and the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect.

47.  FULL AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT.  This shall constitute the full and entire agreement which shall supersede any prior express, or written agreements, and/or interpretations of this agreement (including anything represented online or offline).

To sign and accept this Book/Course Purchase Agreement, I the Buyer will type my full name in this form and then click the send  button to send it to the Seller.

I the Buyer understand that once I submit this form with my name typed as my signature and full acceptance of this agreement, I will then be automatically directed from that webpage, to Seller's Payment Options page, which contains payment options to complete the purchase of Seller's Book/Course.  I understand that I will not receive Seller's Book/Course until and unless I sign and submit this form as well as pay for the Book/Course VIA one of said payment options located at Seller's Website NAJRP.com.

If the above payment methods are unavailable to the Buyer, Seller can also also accept a personal check, cashier’s check, and money orders which can be requested by Buyer.  Buyer agrees that by sending through Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle, it is not necessary to make any comments about a business transaction in the sending message, since comments at the time of payments are not designed for a back and forth negotiation of any kind.  If Buyer makes any comment which results in the payment processor charging Seller a business transaction fee, then  Buyer agrees to responsible for that fee for making a comment that resulted in Seller getting that charge (Buyer is welcome to put anything else such as "For Jon Scott", etc, or no comment at all to avoid any possible business transaction extra costs that the payment processor may otherwise charge).
